Our Billings Roots
Montana Dental Laboratory sprung up on the outskirts of Billings 1953 and was primarily known for its quality work in removable prosthetics. Over the last six decades, Billings expanded and MDL grew to become one of the best established dental labs in the city. In August 2014, new owner Craig May took the helm of MDL where he’s continued the lab’s tradition of excellence in removables and revitalized its work in other areas by adding crown, bridge, and implant work to its list of offered services.
MDL is a full service lab and Craig strives to build strong, genial relationships with each of the dentists he assists, joking that his personal motto is “team work makes the dream work.” Craig has found that these strong relationships are the key to a reputable laboratory and a thriving dental practice. He believes communication and case planning lead to successful, predictable, quality products and happy patients.
